This weight turned out light enough to induce muscle fatigue with high rep activity, reducing the potential for injury. Gym and Fitness kept me well informed over the period where equipment was in high demand and hard to supply.

Generally impressed with the versitility and solid structure and design of the unit It is entry level friendly while presenting challenges encouraging progress. Ticks the boxes of a basic routine facility. Assembly seemed daunting at first, but once familiar with components it went together like leggo.
